This word is really useless, it does nothing for anyone. We all need to pretend it doesn’t exist. If you think you can’t all the time, you might go into The Pit. It’s like that old saying, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t–you’re right.”

Doyle: "I don't know why I even try, Gunther. I can't do this, it's too hard."
